Returns Policy

Wrong Items:

If the doll you receive looks significantly different from the factory pictures or website, please provide an unboxing video featuring the entire body, head, shipping label, and outer packaging box. We will investigate the issue with our factory and shipping carrier and arrange a new replacement for you.

Damaged Items:

Act Promptly: Should you receive a product that significantly differs from factory images or our website, or if the item arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team with unboxing videos or photos as evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Return Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted for new, unused items.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Prior to returning an item, please contact our customer support team for return instructions and approval.

Return Process:

  • Upon approval, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

What is not covered under the guarantee?

  • User Damage – All dolls undergo a quality check before shipping. Please handle your doll with care, as any damage resulting from improper use will not be covered. Visit our doll care page for more information on proper handling and maintenance.
  • Used Dolls – Dolls that have been used are not eligible for our guarantee.
  • Skin Imperfections – Minor variations in skin color may occur due to differences between computer screens and the actual product.
  • Finger & Toe Nails – Dolls’ nails may become loose during shipping or after receipt, as they are attached with light glue for easy removal by the buyer. If a nail falls off, use our provided lash & nail glue to reattach it.
  • Loose Eyelashes – Dolls come with a protective eye mask to safeguard their eyes during shipping. If an eyelash falls off, simply reattach it using our lash & nail glue.
  • Makeup Differences – While we make every effort to recreate the makeup in the product photos, slight variations may occur. If desired, you can remove and reapply makeup to your preference.
  • Heating and Moaning – Ensure the heating and moaning options function properly upon receipt of your doll. We do not cover damages resulting from disconnection during use. The factory can repair the doll if the buyer pays for shipping (never disconnected if used appropriately).

Important Note: Please do not file a claim with your payment card or return the package directly. If you wish to cancel your order or return your package, please contact us via email to discuss the matter. Please note that the shipping address on the package box is not suitable for returning made-to-order or in-stock orders. Additionally, please ensure that the sex doll is brand new, unused, and unwashed before returning it to us.
